Course Date Change

This course will now be held Sunday July 7th to Saturday July 13th (previously scheduled to begin July 8th).

Location: Kelleys Island

This course will be based out of the Kelleys Island Field Station. Housing and travel logistics may differ than Gibraltar-based courses; instructors will inform students of housing details.

Prerequisites

Completion of one-year high school biology course. Not open to students with credit for 110.

Description

Learn plants of wetlands, shores, and forests through field trips to preserves on the Lake Erie Islands and northwest Ohio. A plant identification primer for wetland and other botanical field work.
