37: Ohio Phosphorus Task Force Releases Updated Report, Recommendations

Dr. Robert Greenbaum (Ohio State University) and Dr. Martin Luby (DePaul University) have received Ohio Sea Grant funding to study how communities that rely heavily on tourism could fare in the future, based on past economic trends.
