Impacts and Accomplishments

In 2019, Ohio Sea Grant’s Stone Lab interactive programming continued to offer a unique immersion experience for thousands of students of all ages, stimulating future interest in science and a lifetime of stewardship ethic for the Lake Erie ecosystem. More than 282,000 people have gone through the program since its start.

Ohio Sea Grant and Division of Wildlife continue to partner on teaching thousands of annual visitors about Lake Erie issues and things they can do to protect vital Ohio resources.
