Prerequisites
BIO 1114 or equivalent college-level introductory Biology course.
Description
Distribution and abundance of species, population dynamics, community ecology, ecosystem dynamics, and applied perspectives.
This is a six-week undergraduate level course, taught in-person at Gibraltar Island. Four- and six-week courses meet 3 days a week, you may take 2 courses simultaneously, but they must occur on different days.
All courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to ensure a spot. Ohio State’s summer semester has multiple sessions, and deadlines vary by session. This course is part of the 6 week Session 2; all deadlines for 6 week Session 2 on the Registrar’s website apply.

Scholarships are available
Each year, Stone Lab awards scholarships to students and educators with financial need and superior academic records. Anyone taking a for-credit class (and some workshops) is eligible to apply.
