Sea Grant promotes new license plate

12:00 pm, Tue December 13, 2005 – A great opportunity to show your support of the programs and promote Lake Erie fishing!

Thanks to Ohio Representative Chris Redfern"s help, Ohio Sea Grant and Stone Laboratory have the opportunity to raise funds in a unique way with the sale of the "Fish Lake Erie" Ohio license plate. A portion of the cost of the plates will support the education and research programs of Ohio Sea Grant and Stone Lab. These plates will also support our programs to enhance tourism on the north coast and increase fishing participation and the sale of fishing licenses.
But we need your help. To launch the license plate program, we need 1000 signatures of support.

Just Mail it In

You have no obligation to purchase the plate (although of course, we hope you do).All you need to do is sign the below PDF file (be sure to include your current license plate number and remember you can sign the petition more than once—once for each car, truck, boat, etc license plates you have) and mail it into
