The Ohio Sea Grant College Program at The Ohio State University, which includes Stone Laboratory, will host a federal Site Review Team next month convened by Leon Cammen, Director of the National Sea Grant College Program. The team of national experts will consider program management, stakeholder engagement, productivity and impact, and roles in collaborative networks, including engagement with various offices also funded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
The panel also will review public comments sent via email to oar.sg.feedback@noaa.gov by November 11. Support of Ohio Sea Grant is provided by NOAA National Sea Grant, the State of Ohio, The Ohio State University, Ohio State University Extension, and participating universities, agencies and businesses.
Ohio Sea Grant is part of NOAA National Sea Grant, a network of 33 Sea Grant programs dedicated to the protection and sustainable use of marine and Great Lakes resources. The program’s current strategic plan is available at ohioseagrant.osu.edu/about/#programreports.
