Marine Debris in Lake Erie Displays
OHSU-DIS-1546
Marine debris is any solid and human-made
material that is intentionally or accidentally
disposed of in waterways such as lakes, rivers,
and oceans. Marine debris enters Lake Erie by
way of stormwater runoff, littering, derelict
fishing gear, and poor waste management. These five 20×30 marine debris panels focus on what marine debris is, what its impacts are and what you can do to decrease your use.
