Satisfy your curiosity with a peek inside Stone Laboratory, The Ohio State University’s island campus on Lake Erie.

Tour guides lead a walking tour of the island, including Perry’s Lookout, Stone Lab buildings and the outside of Cooke Castle and discuss current Lake Erie research at the lab.

Tours cost $12 for adults and $6 for children, and meet at the Boardwalk Restaurant dock 15 minutes prior to the tour start time (i.e. 9:45 am). Water taxis then departs from the Boardwalk dock to Gibraltar Island; $8 round trip for the water taxi, cash only (subject to change).
