Join us for an interactive workshop to learn about natural disaster preparedness and response.
Participants will learn about tornado response, flood preparedness, and will get hands-on training with:
- Natural Disaster Plans
- Fire Extinguishers
- Boat Tie-Downs
- Boom Deployment
Pizza lunch is included!
This is a Zero-Waste event, so please bring a reusable water bottle or mug.
Workshop will be both in and outdoors. Please come prepared for the weather, and for entering the water to deploy boom. Waders or clothing that can get wet and a towel are recommended.
