The state and its partners are hosting an in-person Ohio Domestic Action Plan (DAP) workshop in conjunction with the Understanding Algal Blooms: State of the Science Conference. The State of the Science Conference will be on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, and the DAP workshop will be the following day, Thursday, September 3, 2026. The focus of the DAP workshop will be on actions being taken by the state and partners under the implementation phase of the action plan. Participants are invited to attend both events.

The Ohio Domestic Action Plan and its companion documents on the Ohio Lake Erie Lake Commission website. Please note, there have been updates to Appendix E, the monitoring plan. There is also the 2025 Western Lake Erie Tributary Water Monitory Summary

The workshop will take place at the Delta Hotels, located near The University of Toledo’s Medical Campus and is in-person only due to a different physical setup.
