Please see below for specific instructions for the most common mobile devices and applications.

iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad, etc)

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. Tap on Add Account under the Mail section.
4. Tap on Other.
5. Tap on Add Subscribed Calendar under the Other section.
6. Enter the address http://ohioseagrant.osu.edu/feed/events.ics in the field provided.
7. When you are finished, tap on the Done button in the upper right hand corner.
8. The Ohio Sea Grant Calendar will now show in the Calendar app.

Android Phones

Windows Phones

1. See Outlook for Exchange Accounts Online / BuckeyeMail ( Office 365 ) accounts or Outlook.com below.

Outlook Desktop Application

1. In Outlook, click File > Account Settings > Account Settings
2. Open the Internet Calendars tab, click New.
3. Enter http://ohioseagrant.osu.edu/feed/events.ics in the field provided.
4. Click Add.
5. In the Folder Name box, type the name of the calendar as you want it to appear.
6. Restart Outlook.

Outlook for Exchange Accounts Online / BuckeyeMail (Office 365)

1. Click Calendar to view your calendars.
2. Select Share and Add Calendar or Right-click Other Calendar and select Add/Open Calendar.
3. Select Internet Calendar or Calendar from the Internet.
4. Enter the address http://ohioseagrant.osu.edu/feed/events.ics in the field provided.
5. Select Ok or Open.

Outlook.com

1. Open your Calendar.
2. Select Import on the top bar.
3. Click Subscribe.
4. Enter the address http://ohioseagrant.osu.edu/feed/events.ics in the field provided.
5. Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color.
6. Select a charm (optional).
7. Click Subscribe.

Google Calendar

1. Click the down-arrow next to Other Calendars.
2. Select Add by URL from the menu.
3. Enter the address http://ohioseagrant.osu.edu/feed/events.ics in the field provided.
4. Click Add Calendar. The calendar will appear in the Other Calendars section of the calendar list to the left.
   NOTE : It may take up to 8 hours for changes in ICS feeds to reflect in your Google Calendar.
